Thank you for considering our facility for your special event! Hilltop Designs is family owned and operated by Jim and Jo Hall. We have a picturesque charm outside and an elegant look and feel inside. We are conveniently located less than a mile off of S.R. 32 and S.R. 62. The hall is already decorated; all you need is the table decorations, which we can supply! We Offer 3 packages to choice from and can accommodate almost any budget!


Our Reception Hall is great for weddings and receptions, graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, anniversary parties, dances, conferences, and many other events!







Reception Hall Rules & Policies

***The above prices include rental of facilities, tables and chairs. Rental DOES NOT include set up of tables and chairs. Prices and policies pertain to year in which you sign your contract, not the year you have your event. ***

* Reservations: Hall rental available for up to a 15-hour period, starting at 9:00 am and is not available after midnight. In order to reserve the facility, advance reservations including a $200.00 non-refundable reservation deposit must be made at Hilltop Designs in order to reserve your date, if renting for 12 Hours or more. If renting for less then 12 you must pay half of the rental fee in order to reserve your date.  Also credit card number and information must be given at time of reservation in accordance with the damage policy.
Payment: Final payment of the rental fee is due at least 7 days before your event, Final payments are non-refundable. We accept payment in the form of cashiers check, cash, or credit card (Visa & MasterCard). When making Final payment the $200 reservation deposit will be taken off total.
* Representative: an adult must reserve the facility, at least 21 years of age, who assumes responsibility for the group and condition of the facility. This representative must sign the contract and be present the entire length of the event to assure proper closing. Children must be supervised at all times.
* Refunds/Cancellations: Hilltop Designs will retain the $200 deposit of the reservation for any cancellation. Hilltop will refund remainder of payment made only if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the reserved date. All cancellations within 60 days of the event will receive no refund of the rental fee in addition to loss of deposit. You may reschedule your rental date once, within the same year, however you will have to deal with availability. Your cancelled rental is not transferable; this special day was reserved for YOU.
* Snow/Inclement Weather: We will make every effort to clear drive, walkways and parking lot. If area is impassible, a new date may be scheduled although you must deal with availability.
* Smoking: Hilltop Designs is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside the event hall.
* Alcohol: Hilltop Designs is located in a dry township, therefore beer or alcoholic beverages are not permitted.  Hilltop Designs cannot be licensed or insured to serve alcohol and except no liability for alcohol consumed. The representative releases Hilltop Designs from liability for any accidents that may occur should this rule be broken or ignored. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Decorations: Nothing may be tacked, nailed, or stapled to any table, wall, or any part of the reception hall. Only scotch tape may be used, but must be removed. If hall is damaged due to the tape, please refer to Hilltop Designs' Damage policy. Use of food coloring on rented table clothes is prohibited. Candles must have a base to prevent any dripping on tables or rented tablecloths. Glitter, confetti, and rice ARE PROHIBITED  inside the facility. The hall is available for early set up based on availability and for an additional fee.
* Deliveries: Shall be made to the facility only during the reserved date when a member of the reserving group is present to accept deliveries. The reserving group shall be responsible for the security of such deliveries and belongings for the full rental period. All equipment, decorations, and personal property of the group must be removed from the premises by the end of the rental period. Special arrangements can be made if necessary.
* Clean Up: Clean up is only included in certain packages. Hilltop Designs will dispose of anything left on the premise after your event. If any personal property (Ex. purses, wallets, coats, glasses) is left on the premises Hilltop Designs will notify the representative and the representative will have 7 days to pick the property before it is disposed of.
* Heating and Air: Should problems arise with temperature, please notify personnel. Do not block doors and please keep doors closed. 
* Check Out: The event should end as scheduled and premises vacated at that time. Should the scheduled event exceed it’s time limit, an extra charge of $50.00 per hour will be added to your invoice.
* Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises unless other arrangements are made with Hilltop Designs.
* Damage: When reserving the hall, credit card information is required. In the event of any damage to the building or property of Hilltop Designs, due to the above, or due to the negligence of the representative or the representative's guests, the repair cost will be collected on the credit card given.
 * Regulations: Apply to reserved facility. Hilltop Designs or representative may terminate upon just cause, any occupancy at any time, with no refunds of fees. Please report any difficulties immediately. you have questions please call Hilltop Designs at (937) 695-5545.
