PAGEANT RULES:
Only the pageant contestant (and one parent for ages 0-4) will be admitted free of charge-everyone else MUST pay an admission price of $5.00. Contestants may pre-register by sending a completed application and entry fee to:

Deadline to pre-register (submitting both the application & the entry fee) is Wednesday, Feb 15, 2012. Anyone entering/paying after this date will pay a $15 late fee. Registration is allowed at the door, however, ALL contestants must be signed in and registered at least 30 minutes prior to the anticipated start time of their pageant. All start times listed are approximate. Directions, information, or any additional questions can be directed by calling 937-695-5545 between the business hours of 10-5 Monday thru Saturday. OR by logging on to our website at www.hilltopdesigns.org.

Five separate optional categories are also available for each pageant category. Information on these separate contests is located at the top of the application page.

                                0-11 months   GIRLS   Entry Fee $20    Time: 10:00 am
                                       0-23 months    BOYS    Entry Fee $20    Time: 10:30 am
                                       12-23 months   GIRLS  Entry Fee  $20    Time: 11:00 am
                                       24-35 months   GIRLS  Entry Fee  $20    Time: 11:30 am
                                       3-4   years       GIRLS  Entry Fee  $25    Time: 12:00 noon
                                       5-7   years       GIRLS  Entry Fee  $25    Time: 12:30 pm


*Dress for each pageant listed above is at the discretion of the participant.  Judging will be based on their personality, overall beauty, poise and attire.  Winners for each of the categories listed above will receive a crown & trophy.
Winners in each of the five optional categories will receive a sash

LITTLE MISTER & MISS     Entry Fee: $60 per couple     Pageant will begin at 1:00 pm

Contestant couple MUST be 5-7 years in age. Contestants will be judged as a couple on how they perform together. Contestants will be responsible for getting another contestant to compete with them. Any contestant who has previously competed on a professional level (for monetary gain) is ineligible. Contestants will wear and be judged in age-appropriate attire. Couples will be asked questions while on stage as a part of the judging score. Judging will be based on their poise, personality, beauty and attire. The winning couple will each receive a trophy, sash and crown. The winning couple will represent Hilltop Designs in upcoming parades and charity events.

MISS PRE-TEEN     Entry Fee:  $35                          Pageant will begin at 3:00 pm

A contestant MUST be 8-12 years in age.  The contestant must be a full-time student in an accredited Ohio school. Contestants will wear and be judged in age-appropriate, long eveningwear. Judging will be based on their poise, personality, general appearance, beauty, stage presentation and attire. Contestants will be asked questions while on stage as a part of the judging score. Miss Pre-Teen will receive a trophy, sash and crown. The winner will represent Hilltop Designs at parades and charity events.


MISS TEEN   Entry Fee:  $40                                       Pageant will begin at 4:00 pm

A contestant MUST be 13-16 years in age. Contestants must be single, never married, never had a marriage annulled and never had any children. Contestants must be a full time student in an accredited Ohio School. Contestants will wear and be judged in age – appropriate, long eveningwear during the pageant. Judging will be based on poise, general appearance, beauty, stage presentation and attire.  Contestants will be asked questions while on stage as part of the judging score.   Miss Teen will receive a trophy, sash and crown. The winner will represent Hilltop Designs at parades and charity events.



Hilltop Designs cannot be held responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of personal property relating to these events.  The judges’ decisions are final and NO score sheets will be given out. Any unsportsmanlike conduct or behavior exhibited by a contestant and/or any of his/her family members will result in disqualification of the contestant. Any announcements made at the event supersede any previously made written or oral statements.

OPTIONAL CATEGORIES:
Contestants may enter the following optional categories. Entry fee is $5 for each category or $25 for all five.
1.)     Most Photogenic- contestant will submit 1photograph (No frame: 8x10 max) with his/her application and entry fee. Please label the back of the photo with the contestant’s name and age category. ALL photos shuld be picked up at the conclusion of your pageant that day.  NO photos will be mailed back.
2.)     Best Dressed- contestant will be judged on selection of attire for the pageant.
3.)     Prettiest Smile-contestant will be judged on overall smile and personality during the pageant.
4.)     Prettiest Eyes-contestant will be judged on the beauty of their eyes.
5.)Prettiest Hair-contestant will be judged on the beauty of their hair.
